At the foot of the mountain Rtanj, about 15 km from Sokobanja and about 7 km from Boljevac, is situated Ethno Hotel Balasevic. The complex contains an swimming pool for all weather conditions with a movable roof, special hydro massage effects and an exotic interior. The pool is equipped with a state-of-the-art automatic water disinfection system, which, with the correct selection of quality chemicals, achieves the desired result.

In its authentic space, ‘’Vajat’’ offers the possibility of preparing traditional Serbian specialties, organizing special dinners and lunches. It has 30 seats, and guests can enjoy history in the palm of their hand with all its original features. The restaurant of Ethno Hotel Balasevic with a capacity of 250 seats offers the possibility of organizing various types of business lunches, banquets, cocktails and seminars. In the regular offer, dishes of national cuisine are served.
Ethno Hotel Balasevic offers 10 bungalows, accommodation ‘’Hajduk House’’ as the main building, ‘’Spasina House’’ and ‘’Doktorova House’’ as two new buildings with 8 - 10 rooms each, which is a total of 81 rooms in the whole complex. Within the complex there is free Wi-Fi internet, as well as private parking.
