At the foot of Mount Rtanj, about 15 km from Sokobanja and around 7 km from Boljevac, lies the complex of Etno Hotel Balasevic. The complex features an exotic all-weather swimming pool with a retractable roof, special hydromassage effects, and exotic interior design. The pool is equipped with the most modern automatic water disinfection system, which, with the proper selection of high-quality chemicals, achieves the desired results.

An integral part of Etno Hotel Balasevic is the salt room – a specially constructed space where the ceiling, walls, and floor are covered with salt, with the aim of imitating the atmosphere of a natural salt cave. The complex also includes a large outdoor jacuzzi for 10 people, as well as sports courts for basketball, mini football, and volleyball, along with high-quality tennis courts.
The “Vajat,” in its authentic setting, offers the possibility of preparing traditional Serbian specialties, as well as organizing special dinners and lunches. It has a capacity of 30 seats, and guests can enjoy a piece of history at hand with all its original features. The restaurant of Etno Hotel Balasevic, with a capacity of 250 seats, offers the possibility of organizing various types of business lunches, banquets, cocktail parties, and seminars. The regular menu features dishes of national cuisine.
Etno Hotel Balasevic offers 10 bungalows, the “Hajducka Kuca” as the main building, and the newly built “Spasina” and “Doktorova kuca,” each with 8–10 rooms, making a total of 81 rooms within the entire complex. The resort also provides free Wi-Fi internet access, as well as private parking.
