Villa MP is set in Banstol (village Brdez do) on Fruska gora. This new, modern cottage is located 20 km from Novi Sad, and about 60 km from Belgrade. It is on the perfect place for a peaceful vacation and an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is located 1 km from the main road, and it is reached by a macadam road that winds through the village of Brdez do.
Villa MP can accommodate 10 adults and features three bedrooms, a spacious living room with a kitchen, a bathroom, and a sauna. The first bedroom has a large double bed (160 cm), offering a beautiful view of the yard through a large glass door. The second bedroom has two single beds (2 x 90 cm), and the spacious living room contains two pull-out sofas (each can sleep two adults). Both bedrooms are equipped with nightstands and wardrobes for storage. The third bedroom is a separate apartment located in the villa’s yard, featuring a double bed (160 cm) and a private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (two stovetops, oven, microwave, refrigerator with a small freezer, wine fridge) and utensils (cutlery, plates, pots, glasses, cups, etc.). Guests also have access to coffee, various teas, and spices.
The house is surrounded by a paved terrace with a table and chairs, a seating set (and umbrellas during summer). Behind the house, there is an outdoor shower and a small toilet. In the spacious grassy yard of Villa MP, there is a pool with a Jacuzzi (dimensions: 8m x 5m, depth 1.50 m), along with loungers, foldable chairs, and lazy bags. The pool and Jacuzzi are heated, covered, and will soon be fully enclosed (in glass). Additionally, the yard features a hot tub (a wooden barrel filled with saltwater) that allows guests to enjoy bathing even in colder months. The barrel has a built-in wood stove, which heats the water to up to 45°C.The yard also includes a covered gazebo with a large built-in barbecue and all the equipment needed for preparing traditional dishes such as those made in kettle. The gazebo also has a fully equipped summer kitchen with a dishwasher.
The yard has been expanded to include a large patio with four bar tables, a dining table, and seating. For our youngest guests, there is a trampoline, basketball hoop, and darts.
