Villa MP is set in Banstol (village Brdež do) on Fruška gora. This new, modern cottage is located 20 km from Novi Sad, and about 60 km from Belgrade. It is on the perfect place for a peaceful vacation and an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is located 1 km from the main road, and it is reached by a macadam road that winds through the village of Brdež do.
Villa MP is for up to 8 adults. It has two bedrooms, spacious living room with kitchen, bathroom and sauna. In the first bedroom there is a spacious double bed (160 cm), and from here there is a nice view of the yard through a large glass portal. In the second bedroom there are two single beds (2x90 cm), and in the spacious living room there are two fold-out sofas (two adults can sleep in one). Both rooms have bedside tables and wardrobes for storing things. The kitchen is fully equipped with both appliances (two hotplates, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator with a small freezer, wine fridge) and dishes (cutlery, plates, pots, glasses, mugs...), and guests can also use coffee, various teas and various spices.
In the living room, instead of one wall, a glass portal has been installed through which can be seen is a wonderful view of the pool and the yard. In the living room there is a TV (total TV), Wi-Fi router (weaker signal because it is in the valley). The bathroom is very spacious, with two sinks and a shower cabin, towels, bed linen, as well as basic necessities for personal hygiene (bath, shampoo, conditioner, soap...) are available to guests. In the continuation of the bathroom there is a Finnish sauna - with a capacity of up to 4 people and an auxiliary room in which there is a combined machine (for washing and drying clothes). The heating is under the floor, so it is warm and pleasant throughout the house. Villa has only one floor, all rooms are on the same level, so it is also accessible to people with disabilities. Villa has a parking, and it is also possible to park cars in the yard.
Around the house there is a concrete terrace with a table and chairs, a sofa in the summer and sun umbrellas, a place for a barbecue, and a kettle. Behind the house are an outdoor shower and a smaller toilet. In the spacious, grassy yard of Villa MP, guests can find a trampoline for kids and a pool (7m x 4m, depth 1.32m) with deckchairs, folding chairs and lazy bags. Also, in the yard there is a hot tub (a wooden barrel filled with warm salt water) that allows guests to bathe even in the cold months. This barrel has a built-in wood stove and here water can be heated up to 45˚C.
