Villa Smiljanic is located in the very center of Zlatar, surrounded by beautiful mountain nature with ideal conditions for vacations throughout the year. In the vicinity of the villa there are shops and restaurants, walking paths, and nearby is also a ski slope with cable cars.
Villa Smiljanic has its own beautifully landscaped yard with conifers, a lawn and flowers and there are deckchairs, tables and chairs, as well as a children's playground. The villa is covered by Wi-Fi internet and offers parking. The villa does not accept pets.
Villa Smiljanic has 5 apartments (four three-bed apartments with an extra bed) and one four-bed apartment with the possibility of adding a fifth extra bed. The three-bed apartments consist of a double bed and a third (separate) bed, a kitchenette with complete accessories and separate bathrooms, while the four-bed apartment has two separate bedrooms with a living room, a separate bathroom and a kitchen. Each apartment has its own entrance and TV. Within the villa, on the ground floor, there is also a closed restaurant that can be used upon special request, exclusively for the guests needs. The restaurant has a fireplace and seating area.
Many excursions can be organized at the guests' request, especially in the summer period, such as catamaran ride on Lake Uvac, which will be taken care of by the hosts of Villa Smiljanic. Also, in the vicinity of Zlatar, in addition to Uvac, there are some of the most beautiful natural attractions in Serbia, such as Mokra Gora, river Drina, Andricgrad and Visegrad.
